It's not everyday that the likes of Oprah Winfrey, former President Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Tom Hanks, and Bruce Springsteen get together on a $300 million, 454-foot yacht to go on vacation. Is it even possible to have that much star-power in one place without a complete sensory overload? Inquiring minds want to know how they passed the time as they sailed along the coast of Tahiti.
Well, it seems that the A-listers have made a pact because no one has any details about the epic escapade. That didn't stop Extra from asking the 63-year old billionaire and queen of all media to dish about the trip when she arrived at the premiere of The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks. Her initial response gave up nothing. "This is the deal, what happens on the boat stays on the boat," Oprah said.
She did go into a bit more detail making the days spent island-hopping sound really laid back. "There were conversations all the time, that’s all we did was talk, we talked and everybody else did a lot of paddle boarding. I’m not really good with the ocean. Me and the ocean don’t get along too good, there was a lot of paddle boarding, snorkeling, jet skiing, lots of good stuff," Oprah shared.
By the looks of things, a great time was had by all. They indulged in enlightening conversations as well as enjoyed some well-deserved rest and relaxation. We will have to let our imaginations fill in the blanks, though. They are big name celebrities, but they are entitled to a bit of privacy, wouldn't you say?
