You might say one Georgia official sees something wrong with a little bump and grind.

According to BuzzFeed News, Fulton County Chairman John Eaves has called for a full criminal investigation into R. Kelly over allegations that the singer is exploiting and trapping women in an abusive sex "cult" at his Georgia "guest house" and Chicago studio.

During a press conference Friday, Eaves claimed the Johns Creek Police Department has produced an investigative file on Kelly with new evidence and handed it over to the district attorney.

Using that evidence — which he has not personally read — Eaves demanded the district attorney investigate Kelly and "leave no stone unturned."

"Today, I am asking District Attorney Paul Howard and his investigative officers and prosecutors to fully review the report of the John Creek Police and follow every lead — no matter where it leads, or who it implicates, and bring those persons to swift justice," Eaves said in a statement.

"No one should be above the law, because of their income or their zip code," he added. "And we will not allow our young girls and young women to be preyed upon by predators or anyone who aims to brainwash and strip them of their human dignity and their right to be free."

While Eaves probably isn't the only person who'd like to see Kelly investigated in the wake of BuzzFeed's explosive report on the alleged "cult," there's one tiny issue: Johns Creek police told the Atlanta-Journal Constitution that there is NOT new evidence in Kelly's case.

When asked why the file was turned over to the district attorney's office, Johns Creek police Lt. Chris Byers said: "We gave them everything (we) had. We let them know what was going on due to the high profile nature of the incident and figured they would be getting calls about it."

District attorney Paul Howard told the Journal-Constitution that his sex investigations team had received the file and "will proceed appropriately after review.”

For their part, Kelly's team said the singer is "outraged" about Eaves' claims that he's doing anything wrong, and thinks Eaves — who's currently running for mayor of Atlanta — is just manipulating the situation for his own personal gain.

Kelly has denied all the allegations against him, and one of his supposed victims claims she's just fine.

Interestingly enough, Kelly is scheduled to bring his After Party Tour to Fulton County's Wolf Creek Amphitheater on August 25. Maybe he and Eaves can hash things out in person over a bottle of Cristal.
